Hi,

I'm trying to install Disney+ on my  4660RW Roku Ultra (SW 9.4.0 Revision 4200-46),but i cannot find the channel in the store.

Is my roku not supported for Disney+?

Your model should be supported.

Perhaps this is a regional issue.   Where are  you located?

Hi,

Correct, that list I already checked, therefore I was surprised to not find it in the channel store. 

I'm located in Switzerland

While the service is available in your country ( https://help.disneyplus.com/csp?id=csp_article_content&sys_kb_id=ca0390371ba14cdcb8651f861a4bcbc4 ) it may be that the Roku app isn't available there. The app maker (Disney, perhaps) must specify where the app is available when they publish or update the app. I'm not sure Roku is officially supported in your country, as only France and UK are listed in Europe on Roku's Website. That could mean that it's not officially supported, and some apps may not be available as a result.
