Disney+ doesn't recognize email

My subscription to Disney+ is active on my Roku account with my email address.  When I try to login on my Roku TV that is linked to my account, it say my email address in not recognized. Help!

Thanks for the inquiry.

Is your Disney+ account email address the same as your Roku account? It's possible that you created your Disney+ account under another email address which is causing the issue you are experiencing.
