I am trying to login in to my family account with Disney+ When I do it asks me to restart my subscription and there are no other options other than to do this. Other members who use this account and are part of the family account using the same login are not having any issue and are able to login in just fine.
I have tried deleting the channel and reinstalling. I have also reset my Roku Device as suggested on another message board for Disney+ login issues w/ Roku (though not the same issue)
Also, the membership is current. No reason to restart it.
It's been a while since I discontinued Disney+, so I don't remember if this applies there, but ...
On some subscription channels, when you click on a program to watch before you are logged into your account, it gives you the option of creating a new subscription or logging into an existing one.
