Disney + and Hulu

I just bought a brand new Roku express. The remote that comes with it has Disney + and Hulu buttons so I assume it’s compatible, but I can’t find or download either of them from the channel store. I live in the US and my dad’s Roku tv has them on it no problem.

Are you using a VPN with your internet access by any chance? Have you tried add the channel through the Roku Channel Store online?
