Disney+ Menu shows& disappears

Was working fine, now when click on Disney+ from Roku menu of available channels  Disney+ appears for 1/2 second then ‘dissolves’ and we’re back to menu of channels. It had been working well until yesterday. Strange thing is Disney+ Still works on all of the other sets in the house
