Disney+ Error Code 90

I got a Roku Premiere that has the Disney+ button on it. I keep getting an Error Code 90 which I try to login. I cannot even get to the password phase of logging in. I have done a factory reset on the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app,  power cycled everything (TV, device, router, modem). D+ support tried but could not help. Roku says they have no agent support for this matter. Amazon (where I bought the device) said it wasn't compatible with D+ streaming and then admitted they were clueless and referred me back to Roku. Can anyone help me get D+ to work?

For this specific error message, this is a good indication that there likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.
