I am located in Colombia and since November 17, 2020 Disney + is available, I already have a paid subscription and I do not see the channel available on my Roku devices, do you know when to be available in Colombia?
Just because a service is available in a certain area doesn't mean it's available on Roku devices. Disney is in control over which devices can be used for their service, and where those devices can be used. You have to ask Disney when they will approve their service on Roku devices for your location.
