I got a new Roku device and when I try to get into Disney it asks me to log in. I put in my email and password and it says that the email address is invalid. I subscribed through Roku as opposed to Disney on its own. How do I login if the login was through my Roku account? It’s not automatically doing it.
Is it possible you have more than one Roku account? If you check the email address that shows up under Settings->System->About and use that to log in at https://my.roku.com does your subscription show up?
