Disney+ Autoplay next episode

I have a Roku stick. And I currently have 2 issues. The biggest one is that when watching Disney plus it will not autoplay the next episode. I have to go back to the home screen and click the next one. There isn't an option to check autoplay like I've seen explained online. 

Second. My ads are out of sync. I can be in the middle of a show and it will say ad 1 of 5 and so on DURING the show. 

Any help is much appreciated.

For issues with specific channels, you need to contact customer support for that channel. In this case, that's Disney+.
