Discovery plus

I am a discovery plus subscriber, have watched with no issues. I have a hisense roku tv, I loaded discovery plus, put in user name and password, I hit continue to channel and I see the discovery plus icon, then a spinning circle, then I’m taken back to the home screen. I can’t get it to play. I’ve tried unloading it and reloading, the same thing happens.
