Directv go, unable to authenticate

Hi.

I am new to Roku.

I have a roku model: Roku 2 xd

OS: 9

I install the channel "Directv go".

When I start Direct go, it shows the welcome screen and then gives error: "oops there was a problem. Sorry for the inconvenience! Here's what happened: Sorry but we were unable to authenticate your device and can't continue."

I deleted the channel, rebooted, reinstalled. The problem continues.

I reset the Roku to factory, reinstalled and the problem continues.

Directv go never asked me for username and password. I don't know if it has to.

Any suggestion?

I have exactly the same problem; I can access the account via the browser (phone or computer) but the app in Roku does not work.

Any ideas?

That same problem has arisen today. I can no longer access DirecTV Go through Roku Xpress. Please, someone could solve this problem. Thanks

I thought it was only me, i use Directv go Brasil too, it started around 11pm for me

Acho que a pergunta, é eai directv go?

Eu ja mandei um texto enorme explicando o problema pra eles, com esse tópico como base pra provar que não é um problema isolado e sim de todos os usuários que usam Roku, 

Meu app no android está normal por exemplo
