When I start Direct go, it shows the welcome screen and then gives error:"oops there was a problem. Sorry for the inconvenience! Here's what happened: Sorry but we were unable to authenticate your device and can't continue."
I deleted the channel, rebooted, reinstalled.The problem continues.
I reset the Roku to factory, reinstalled and the problem continues.
Directv go never asked me for username and password. I don't know if it has to.
