Hello everyone, I've recently bought a Roku Ultra to replace my previous gadget. Everything is working fine but the channels subtitle is not showing when I stream the Directv Go. I've checked the configurations by pressing the star key on my remote and I selected always "on". The HBO Max, Netflix, etc, are showing the subs, only having problem with Directv Go. Does anyone know how to fix it? By the way, I am in Brazil. Thanks in advance
