I am a Directv customer. Yesterday July 15, the app channels, like NBC, CNN, HBO, STARZ etc would not accept the activate. Online it would say successful but, on the TV, it would say I need to contact my service provider. I have called Directv and they show we have those channels. Please help. Thank you.
