Every single channel. Watch for 3 minutes and backs out to previous screen. I'm getting incredibly annoyed. It worked fine until yesterday it started doing this. Have removed and readded all channels, set bandwidth saver to off, rebooted multiple times, factory reset etc. Not working! Device is plugged in using provided cords into the wall outlet. What is the problem?
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Please provide us the following information: -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button) -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times) -steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

I am also experiencing the same problem. My Roku Express Plus is brand new out of the box this afternoon and hasn’t worked properly since. I upgraded from an older Roku device and it worked fine for almost a year. So frustrated. PLEASE HELP!
