I am trying to reconnect the Destination America channel to my Xfinity service. However, the link shown in the channel is https://achtv.com/link. When i go to that address, the DA home page pops up -- this is because their activation page is actually at https://achtv.com/activate. Additionally, since the codes aren't linked to the correct page in the channel, the authorization code is "not found". Linking their site on the Web to my Xfinity works perfectly, but we want to watch through the Roku like we have done in the past.
I have a feeling that the DA channel maintainer does not realize it has not been configured on the Roku service properly since a recent update, and if they were told of the issue, it would probably be a quick fix. Is there any way to troubleshoot this sort of issue and/or let channel owners know there is an issue?
