Dear John movie on ROKU Channel

Upon trying watch "Dear John" movie on Roku Channel, is starts out in captions with a different language and not in English, checked to see if settings has English for captions and it is set on English.  I now watching another movie which is showing English in captions.   I don't see where it states it's in a different language on Dear John movie, so this is an issue for people who want English.
