DaMai app Issue and power down the devic issue

1. DaMai app Issue - some HD live channels can't watch smoothly and even no picture and sound. Any idea to resolve these live streaming channels' issue?

2. The other thing is some apps can't be exit. There is no power option on remote device. I have to disconnect the power to restart Roku Express device. Any idea to resolve such issue?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Damai support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

In regarding to exiting other channels, are you pressing the back or Home button to leave the channel?
