I have an active subscription to the DAZN channel through my ROKU account, but the channel is asking me to "re-subscribe to the channel". I contacted DAZN about my subscription and they are saying that they never received payment for subscription by ROKU and that a cancellation request had been submitted. My last payment was processed on October 14th, 2020, with no issues. Has any one else had issues with subscriptions not being paid by ROKU?
