Current subscription through other provider

I have a current subscription to Noggin through Amazon Prime, but there is no 'log in' on the Noggin Roku channel for me to enter my info so I'm not double charged. How do I do this?

When you subscribe through a third party such as Amazon, it's not always possible to use those credentials to also use a dedicated app. That's one reason I subscribed to CBS All Access directly with CBS, so I wouldn't have to go though Amazon to get the content. I can't say if that was a good or bad move on my part.

Since you subscribed via Prime Video, can you get there via the Prime Video app on your Roku?
