Crave not working

What does it mean when my crave account says 

My crave is already being used on a Roku account.. 

It's the same email as my Roku and I can sign in but can't watch it because it tells me to subscribe to it but I just paid for it a few weeks ago.. 

Also it says when. I want to remove the channel to try again it says my account us active until next month on the 3rd..

I'm illiterate when it comes to this **bleep** . HELP A GIRL OUT IN EASY LAMEN TEARMS

As @boogernose mentioned, for more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Crave support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
