Crave not working on roku stick

Hi, i have a roku stick and a crave subscription, but when i try to connect the crave channel on my roku it does not work...i've tried to remove the chanel, restart the stick and add it back....i've tried to reset the roku stick to factory setting and still when i try to open the app it closes and returns to the roku home menu....Can anyone help plz??

What model and model number is your stick?  Settings > System > About will show you.

Model - 3420X - Roku Stick

Serial Number - 1HH465015342

Software version - 9.1.0 build 5009-05

It's a RCA - MHL with HDMI Roku  stick.

The 3420 was released in 2012 and is no longer supported by Roku.  The last Roku version it can run is your 9.1 - current models are currently being updated from 10.5 to 11.  I don't know about Crave, per se, but many channels have dropped support for models that old.
