Crave isn’t recognizing my subscription

Under my account settings in my.roku.com my subscription to Crave is active, but when I try to access Crave in my TV it keeps telling me “subscribe to watch”. I’m being charged for it. It shows as an active subscription. What can I do?

Since it shows in your account at my.roku.com, this confirms you subscribed through Roku.  Most subscriptions through Roku are accessed via The Roku Channel.
