I recently purchased the Cowboy Channel and it will not load or play, and there is no **bleep** tech support to help. This is pretty much BS since you certainly took my money!!!!
Roku didn't take your money, The Cowboy Channel did. They should be your first contact for support.
Usually when a channel has issues, the first suggestion is to remove it, reboot the Roku, and then install it again. Don't forget the reboot, as it's critical to ensure the removal is complete.
