Continuing on Redbox after Rewinding Causes Roku Ultra to Crash

Using the latest 4600X - Roku Ultra device (9.4.1 build 4222-C2 | last updated: 12/19/2020 & last checked 1/9/21) in a newly purchased (Dec 2020) Sony 75" Tv -
If you rewind the movie then try to play - the movie locks up and causes the Roku device to crash and restart or just won't start playing again.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried contacting the channel provider support directly to inquire further? Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. 

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
