Constantly interruption on dominican network

In my app of Dominican network, some channels are in and out constantly and I can't see my program, I have tested connection and is excellent, also I have re-install the device (Roku) with excellent results, any suggestion, what I need to do ? or what wrong ?

Make sure everything is updated.

This is an issue you should take up with the Channel/app directly.

There are many other Dominican channels.,
