Connection time out

I added Disney+ channel I paid in full for the year when I logged in it says connection time out and there is no assistant and even when you cancel it they do not refund your money they keep it how can you keep something if something is not working and there’s no assistant

Did you subscribe directly with Disney or through Roku?  If directly through Disney, contact them.  If through Roku you can contact Roku through their webpage:  https://support.roku.com/contactus
