Connect to Netflix

I am trying to connect to my Netflix account. When I enter my password I can't enter my two special characters. I can get one to work but not the second one. Besides creating a new password, what else can I do?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Netflix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I am having the same issue. I just purchased a new 55” 4 series and experience the same issue as I try to setup netflix.

Isn’t there a way to sign into via the roku iPhone app? It asked me if I wanted to do this for Hulu and I didn’t have to enter my username and password during setup.

Netflix password issue

I can’t use my password because of two special characters in a row. Roku will not enter that sequence. It’s not a Netflix problem. Netflix works fine on EVERY other device with this password but not Roku. Please fix.

For what it’s worth I waited a few days and tried again. Initially it just wouldn’t take two “@“ characters in a password. They were not in sequence.

Maybe an app update did it.  But Netflix nor Roku were any help.

I am having same issue with trying to enter in a Netflix password with the "&" in the password. Have there been any fixes?
