When watching amazon prime video closed captions are not in English when set to English .

You'll want to reach out to Amazon Prime Support and report this. Make sure to include the specific content title that you observe the issue with so they can take a closer look.

Hi
I have close caption on Amazon prime on my other Roku devices (i have 3)
only the new one doesn’t. i did go to Settings and it is On always, but it doesn’t work. help please

Are you unable to view closed captions on a specific channel or do you not see them on any channel?

Rokus closed caption settings

I have been noticing that Roku keeps turning off my closed caption setting of always being on. I own different 7 Roku and it's doing it on every one!  As I am partially deaf it is extremely annoying that it keeps turning off.  I go into the main settings and have it set to be on always, but it keeps turning off.  This is definitely a Roku issue.  Not a channel issue.
