ClearChoicemp app hangs upon start up

Has anyone else this week who use the clearchoice app have issues with it.  Just sits there hung when you enter. No credentials or anything comes up, just a grey screen?

Sometimes a reinstallation will resolve issues such as this. Just ensure you do all three steps in this order:

  1. Remove the app
  2. Reboot the Roku
  3. Reinstall the app

Gotta be in that order. Now, it might not resolve it, but we should try it, as it's often the easiest and quickest way to resolve issues like this.
