Cinemax subscription not playing in Roku

Hi,

Today, I paid subscription for Cinemax to watch Warrior through Roku Channel.  It is not playing.  Tried to reset cache and the device. Also removed and reinstalling the channels but to no avail.  

I hope you can help.  Don't want my money go to waste.

Thanks for the post.

When removing a channel, please make sure that you restart your device before adding the channel back again.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you'll want to contact Cinemax support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
