Channels showing we know need paid cable which we do. Shows are locked with a red key.

This morning all our rooms show a red key locked on channels saying we need a paid cable subscription which we do.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you tried reauthenticating the channels that you are experiencing the issue with?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
