Channel Issues & Questions

Besides being returned to the home screen after selecting channels, it also happens when I go to watch my recordings. It only happens the first time I make the selection. After it sends me back to the home screen & I select the 2nd time the channel works.

I'm having issues opening Hulu, Prime, Spectrum, and Apple TV. All apps keep giving me error messages. Removed & re- downloaded. Did factory reset on my Roku device and nothing works. Tried downloading a new app and nothing happens.

Danny, no I do not get an error message. When I choose the channel I want, it sends me back to the home screen. Thank you for your help!

Only Netflix works. Everything else won't load or crashes when trying to watch something.
