Channels logged out/not playing properly

I turned on the RokuExpress in my living room today, and it is functioning strangely.  
There is no problem with my network connection.

Netflix is logged out, but I don’t have my password to get back in. Peacock is logged in with my email but the profiles say “account user” and “kids’ profile” instead of the profiles I have set on there. Hulu is logged out and I can’t get back in. It won’t give me an activation code to enter on the website, it it says my correct email and correct password are not recognized. Amazon Prime is logged in, but there is not audio or picture despite the counter going as if it is playing. 


The Roku in the bedroom is fine, no problems. I brought the Roku up from the basement, plugged it into the living room tv, and I am having the same problems. 

What could be the problem here?


Edit: after restarting the device twice, it appears to have fixed itself.
