I have the roku express device and all the channels continue to automatically exit to the home screen. We've both soft reset and factory reset the device, as well as restarted the internet connection itself, but the issue remains. What more can be done to resolve this issue?
What do you mean by "automatically exit to the home screen"? Is it happening in the middle of watching something or do you mean you're in a channel that's doing nothing and you come back hours later and you're back at the home screen?
