This has been posted before but I’m posting again because I have tried everything under the previous post and nothing has worked. And I can’t figure out a way to talk to a representative. Several apps on my roku stick will crash after the app has been open for less than 5 minutes. I have deleted the apps and loaded them back, I have restarted my roku in every way you can, and I have factory reset my roku. So, what now?

It’s been well over a month. He turned the problem over to someone in the correct department and I still haven’t heard from them. I was told to be patient and I have been but it has not been resolved in SEVERAL weeks now.
Can you please provide us with more information? What Roku model device are you using? Have you removed each of the channels, restarted your device, then added the channels back again? As a last resort, have you tried to remove all of the channels that are not working then tried to perform a factory reset? @RokuDanny-R As I said before, I’ve already done all of what you asked before I even mentioned anything on this post. I’m curious as to how my providing the information for my device is going to help when there is an obvious issue. By the way this only happens with the Roku stick. I also have a TCL TV with Roku that doesn’t have any issues at all.
