Channels bounce back to main page

When I push for a channel it bounces back to main page why?? Also why can’t I get in touch with Roku by phone or email? Very irritating !

As you've noticed, Roku pretty much has no support other than their website and this "community".  Have you tried the simple things like pulling the power from your modem/router and Roku for a few minutes and plugging them back in?

Thanks for the post.

In addition to what @renojim mentioned, how are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter?
