Channels are sometimes automatically signed in to Cox. Why not always?
I do not have a user i.d. for the Cox cable service in my house and would like to avoid asking for it for reasons I won't go into. That said, many times I've found that all of the channels I have downloaded are automatically signed in. Sometimes when they're not, I'm able to sign in without a user i.d. and other times I'm asked for one. Any suggestions?
