Channels Not Adding Roku Express

Was having tough issues with my Roku Express today.  I have used it for several months. 
Kept losing my stream even though my download speed is 400+ so I needed to address it out of frustration.

I have tried everything including system resets and finally a factory reset.  Through all of them, I have been unable to add any of my subs/channels (netflix, sling, youtube)
Been working on this for several hours with no results.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you adding the channels through the Roku menus or thru Roku.com/the phone app?

What country are you in? Make sure your country supports the channels you're trying to add.

yeah, added them thru my browser 1st.
Now, on the actual Roku app, been trying to add them for well over 3 hours now.

I'm in the US.  Just trying to load the same channels I have had on there and used for the last 6 months.  it's been absolutely a ridiculous situation so far but I appreciate your response.

When you first added them, you had to create a Roku profile email address. Are you sure you didn't create two different Roku profiles using two different email addresses?
