Channel won’t delete! Keeps reappearing

I never installed the channel Rakuten Viki but it showed up on all of my Roku devices. I have not been able to delete the channel successfully. After I remove the channel it reinstalls days later. The only other people in the house are toddlers. Is this a glitch?

You might consider adding a PIN to your Roku account and require it to be entered before a channel can be added or a purchase authorized.  Log into https://my.roku.com/account/pin
