Channel set up log in to hbo max

My son had his hbo on my roku.  I now can not log in with mine that I purchased separately from hbo and roku? Any ideas to do get in?

Are you saying you bring up HBO Max, but it loads your son's account and you want to load your own?

I don't have HBO Max to be able to give detailed instructions, but there should be some way to log/sign out of your son's account then log/sign back in using your own account's credentials.

Look for something under Account, Settings, Options, or something similar.
