One channel has now being scrambled on our Xfinity Beta Stream App. The channel is included in our Xfinity subscription and is fine on our main TV with the Xfinity box. However, two other TVs that we having been watching regularly with Roku and the Xfinity Beta Stream App the channel is now scrambled. Just one channel...all other channels through Xfinity Beta Stream App are fine. How can I fix?
Thank you for your response. However, I can get the one channel clearly on our main TV with the Xfinity Receiving Box. Have been watching the channel for over a year with our two other TVs with Roku via the Xfinity Beta Stream App. So, it is being scrambled through the App on Roku?
Xfinity still has the option to only send certain channels over QAM cable frequencies although I thought they had everything on the internet for streaming now as well. Maybe it is intentional or maybe they just missed something. If you record a show from this channel on your DVR, can you watch from the Roku when it is finished?
Thank you so much for your reply. We recording the show via DVR, but the Roku TV was also scrambled when we tried to view the recording. Xfinity came Tuesday and worked on the issue and the TVs worked great through Roku yesterday. So, it was obviously something with the Xfinity signal.
