Channel issues

So i have always been able to watch netflix and prime with my ROKU but for the last 2days just on those 2 it keeps saying my internet is not connected when I try to play those 2 channels (my internet is working and it is connected) but I can go on the ROKU Channel and that one works perfectly fine. I have tried restarting the roku, factory reset, turning my Wi-Fi off then back on but they still will not work. Has anyone else had this issue?
