I have 2 Roku streaming sticks +. After having TV’s on for 3 hours without changing channels a message will pop up that says “this channel will close after 5 minutes.” Then count down 4 minutes, 3, 2, 1 and then go to Home Screen if I don’t cancel the countdown before hand. Come on, this problem has to be widely known so I don’t understand how you guys at Roku can’t fix it.
What channel are you experiencing this issue with? As @renojim mentioned, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
