Hello thanks for the reply, it is the pureflix app, I am trying to install it on my living room device. I have it in my bedroom but that is on a tv that has the Roku built into it, I am located in ohio
Log into your Roku account at the above address and verify you have set up a payment method.
Also since it successfully installed on one but not the other, perhaps the two units are not linked to the same Roku account. Check the email address shown via Settings - System - About on both units.
