What do I do when channels asks for the Roku email and password then says it is not the right one? I am using the correct one. It is a free channel so I don't want to get a free 7 day trial. Is that the problem? My kid just wants to watch some Looney Toons.
What channel are you trying to watch content? Please be aware that some channels will require a subscription to view content even if the channel is free to install on your Roku device. Channels will often require you to log in with your channel account, not your Roku account credentials.
