Channel Playback Error

Need to fix "playback error" on Roku and just one of multiple accounts ( This playback error only affects my one account and it is affecting multiple Roku devices in the home. There is no error code reported on screen)
 
Youtube web (via Chrome) is not affected.
 
I've tried:
  • Resetting the app, clearing the accounts, and signing in again (no improvement)
  • Rebooting the Roku device (no improvement)
  • Trying a different Roku device (same issue on just the one account)
  • Switching to a different Youtube account (no playback error)
  • Switching to the "Guest" account (no playback error)
  • Switching back to my account (playback error on every video playback attempt)

Any advice will be nice. 

I googled couple of minutes too might be i can get some imp source
