Channel 12 audio

Audio on the channel 12 live stream is not working. The other channel 12 videos are fine, just the live stream. This is happening when using Roku.

Thanks for the inquiry.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I emailed news 12 and they emailed me back. They know about the issue and are working on the fix.

I emailed Channel 12.. Here's their response:

 

We are aware, and working to resolve the streaming issues. There is a bug in the feed that we will address as quickly as possible.

 

A fix was deployed for Fire Stick, recently.  We expect to follow with a fix for Roku very quickly.
