Hi all, we switched logins for tv provider but it is through att uverse like our last one was. When o try to login in it won't let me re-enter my email/password. So it says I'm locked out. How can I log out to change it? I've factory reset the Roku and removed and readded the channel...
Yes, I deleted, rebooted and readded. I tried logging in on a computer but it's still not giving me an option to change logins for my tv provider. The original att account is no more so that's why it's saying not authorized and locked out. But won't give me the option to log in as a different account which is also att. Even on the specific app/channel when I click log out then log in it automatically is logging in through the original.

As @atc98092 mentioned, we recommend that you first try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add then channels back onto your device.
Its been happening to me as well. Im trying to log in with my TV provider on NBC or FX , when I go do the activation code it then tells me to log in with my TV provider. I select my provider and it automatically logs me in and i have no clue whos account its logging me into. It does not let me sign in. So when i want to watch something it says my tv provider does not allow this channel. BUT when i use the app on my phone I AM able to watch those channels.
