Change Email login for HBOMAX

I paid for the trial of HBOMAX through one email and then realized it was included on my ATT plan and need to use that email. I can’t find how to log out and re log in under the new email. I have uninstalled several times.

When you uninstalled did you reboot/restart your Roku before you reinstalled?  If paid through Roku, have you canceled your subscription at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?

I have the same problem and yes, I rebooted prior to reinstalling. I tried clearing the cache (twice), no change. I did a factory reset and Roku forgot EVERYTHING except the HBO sign-in info.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the developer themselves. We suggest reaching out to HBO Max support to report the issue and for further help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
