My account on my.roku.com shows that I have paid for the game Casino Slots but if I try to install it on my Roku device I get "Channel install failed - Could not add Casino Slots". I can't remove the app because it is not installed and I can not install it. Any help?
Is anybody from Casino Slots or Roku looking at these community blogs? You told me to post here because you can't take phone calls at this time due to the situation. I am still waiting for someone to fix my install problem or give me credit for the app.
The most likely reason you cannot see that channel is that the channel (app) does not support your device. Did you previously install the channel on the device that you are currently trying to add the channel to?

What is interesting is that when I look on channelstore.roku.com it says that Casino Slots is installed, but it does not show up on my Roku devices. So I can't install Casino Slots and I can not un-untall it either. Please just give my money back and I will walk away from this. Thanks.
